Orders are shipped from Printful’s global network of fulfillment centers located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Australia, depending on your location and product availability.
Delivery times vary by location and item. Most orders arrive within: 5–10 business days in the US and Canada 6–12 business days in Europe 7–15 business days internationally You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during high seasons or due to customs or local carrier delays.

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll replace it free of charge. To request a replacement: Contact info@launderers.co within 7 calendar days of delivery Include your order number and clear photos of the issue Once verified, we’ll send out a replacement promptly.
Orders are processed quickly once placed. We can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we’ll do our best to assist. Email us at info@launderers.co as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it: First, check with neighbors or your local delivery provider Then contact us at info@launderers.co with your order number If the package is confirmed lost or undelivered due to a carrier issue, we’ll issue a free replacement.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or VAT, depending on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
Yes. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive separately. This allows for faster delivery on certain products. You will receive a tracking link for each shipment — at no additional cost to you.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

However, slight differences in color tones, print positioning, or fabric texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or variations in the production process. Rest assured, all items are printed using industry-standard equipment and undergo quality checks before shipping.
We accept all major payment methods, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express Apple Pay, Google Pay Shop Pay PayPal (if enabled on your store) All transactions are processed securely. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
